Wear a knee brace for support

Would you like to run despite your knee pain? If so, a knee brace can provide support. A knee brace ensures that the knee is restricted from making certain movements. This does not mean that you are restricted; you can still move freely with a knee support. The brace merely provides a certain pressure, supporting the knee joint. As a result, you experience less pain while running.
