The Bauerfeind MalleoTrain S Ankle Support - Open Heel is exactly the same as the Malleotrain S, the only difference is that this brace is equipped with an open heel and specifically designed for improved ground contact and improved grip. Therefore, the brace is used with great success in artistic gymnastics, dancing, martial arts and other sports performed barefoot. The ankle brace also boasts a three-step strapping system, thereby providing the ankle with the support it needs to protect the ankle against sprains. Furthermore, the brace has a positive impact on the proprioception during movement and gives off a stable feeling. The anatomically contoured ankle bandage adapts to the foot perfectly, whereby the light compression supports circulation and activates the surrounding musculature.

Fitting
The Bauerfeind MalleoTrain S Ankle Support is available in a left and right version. The correct size is determined as follows:
- Measure the circumference of your ankle, above the ankle bone at the most narrow point (see image)
- Then read off the correct size from the table
Please note! For the best results, it is important to measure properly. When in between two sizes, we recommend you to choose the bigger size.
