Bauerfeind OmoLoc Shoulder Support

• Immobilisation of the shoulder after surgery
• After a shoulder dislocation

• Fixes the shoulder joint in a predetermined position and provides rest.
• The elbow is fixed on the sides to prevent the arm from sliding out of the brace.

The Bauerfeind OmoLoc Shoulder Support is a brace that fixes the shoulder joint in a predetermined position and provides rest. The elbow is fixed in the required bent position of 90 - 100°. By means of an extra strap for the upper arm, the shoulder stabilizes in a correct medical/therapeutic position. The elbow is fixed on the sides to prevent the arm from sliding out of the brace and gives the shoulder joint the needed protection and support. The forearm is fixed on the body by the individual positioning and adjusting straps. The strap for the forearm and the straps for the hand can be loosened for a short period of time, for therapeutic purposes.

The Bauerfeind OmoLoc Shoulder Support is available in two sizes and has a left and a right version. The correct size is determined as follows:

1. Measure the circumference of the hip (see illustration).
2. Then read off the correct size from the table

Please note! For the best results, it is important to measure properly. Do not measure too tightly, and when in doubt, we recommend the larger size.
