The Bauerfeind Myotrain Thigh Brace is universal, so no side has to be selected. The correct size is determined as follows:

1. Point 1: Measure the circumference of the knee, 0.8 inches (2cm) above the kneecap, with the knee bent at a 30 degrees angle (see image)
2. Point 2: Measure the circumference of the upper leg, 11.8 inches (30 cm) above point 1 also with the knee bent at a 30 degrees angle (see image)
3. Then read off the correct size from the table

Please note! Do not measure too tightly
