The LP Support 953 Elbow Support is universal, so no side has to be selected. The correct size is determined as follows:

While this support sleeve does offer decent support, I found it to be a bit uncomfortable for prolonged wear. It gets the job done but could be more comfortable for all-day use.
As someone battling Rheumatoid Arthritis, this support sleeve has been a game-changer. It provides just the right amount of pressure and support, easing my discomfort significantly.
Dealing with Bursitis pain can be unbearable, but this elbow support has truly helped me manage it better. The reduction in swelling and pain is remarkable.
Unfortunately, I found this support sleeve to be of disappointing quality. It started fraying after just a few uses, and the support it provides is minimal at best. Definitely not worth the investment.
